I paid $244.00 for this logic and the day after I purchased it the price went up to $399! It was all that I could ask for in a surround sound logic for that price! It is a 600 watt logic (each lecturer is 100 watts). I have a less important income room so once I ran the cables in the walls and mounted the speakers, the sound engulfs you and you feel like you are part of any movie that you watch. The speakers are very sleek and are on the small size, which is what I sought after. I did not want to mount huge speakers next to my flat cover TV. They look awe-inspiring. The sub is passive so you don't have a power cable for the contrivance, which is what I like. It comes with an ASC mic so it auto calibrates the sound productivity, but to be reliable, I went in and tweaked the productivity to my desires as I sought after the rear speakers to be a bit louder. It also comes with an iPod dock, which I have yet to use, but will eventually. This is also a 3D pass owing to contrivance which was a need since I own a Samsung 51" 3D Plasma TV and a PlayStation 3. I have yet to try the 3D capabilities as I just purchased the 3D TV, but that will take place soon. All in all I think this was a great hold at the price I paid. Would I have paid $399 for this logic, hmmm, maybe and maybe not? I would have to equate what this offers to akin skill at the same price...and at this point I am done doing investigate :-) All I know is that I couldn't pass it up for $244.00!The only negatives for this logic are the lecturer wires it comes with are poor, so do physically a favor like I did and hold best lecturer wires.
