This box can be placed somewhere in a room, as long as it has access to an electrical outlet. The box DOES wirelessly connect to the receiver AND wirelessly connect to the subwoofer.HOWEVER, the two rear speakers have to be connected via lecturer wire to this device.We have put the wireless router in the back of our income room, thus significantly reducing the amount of wire needed for each rear lecturer. If we has had to wire these rear speakers directly to the blu ray receiver, it would have taken a lot more wire. But make no mistake, the rear speakers are wired. You will have figure out how to hide the wires along open walls and across doorways. We had hoped for complete wireless.The wireless router has sweet good range from what we've seen. It doesn't have to have an unobstructed line of site to the receiver/subwoofer or anything. So I suppose you may possibly take it and the two speakers to another room and enjoy the internet radio or the ipod dock or the built in AM/FM radio or any other audio signal. The router and speakers are small enough to be quite portable.So all in all, this is a five star system. Just not with completely wireless speakers.

Complex was very easy, the only thing that stalled the complex was that four screws that go with the tall boy speakers were missing.(oh well, not a big take care of business)I was able to easily hook up a xbox 360 and direcTv box to this without trouble. Also make guaranteed you have an extra HDMI cable cause you will need it, if your not vacant to go with HDMI it comes with element cable. The Ipod reduce facility great and the desolate ray is awe-inspiring. The Netflix, youtube, pandora ect. are awe-inspiring! Try out out cnet for reviews they are very good.(as of 8/6/2010 they don't have a review for this) One additional thing wireless speakers are not really wireless but if comes with a box the size of a wii and that's how it becomes "wireless". Rear speakers are not functioning with used 1 month. I did just so what LG Customer Help suggests to syncronize rear speaker wich are not responding with main unit but not anything happened, conundrum persists. Furthermore, firmware update online or by USB is imposible. It is a defective product, I urge to not export LG LHB975 Home Acting Logic.

I have had this product for less than 3 months and I had to send it to LG for service. They had it longer than a month and I was told anything over 3 weeks I would be put on a list for replacement and/or refund. They sent in trade the original including scratches and marks that won't come off, and the element subdue does not work. When I called and spoke to a supervisor I was told the warranty policy is only to renovate not replace or give refunds. THEY LIE!! I will never buy an LG product again since they are not willing to stand by it and satisfy the customer. I am extremely, extremely dissappointed and extremely angry at this point.
