Bought the item, set it up, and enjoyed the surround sound with HDTV. Tried by Blu-Ray, and one of the speakers started popping and crackling. Called Samsung's Help Line, was told it should be the receiver/Blu-Ray player in view of the fact with the intention of the popping/crackling didn't occur when I used my TV. Took the full system back to the store and exchanged it. Set up the new system, everything worked great from the TV audio; tried to play a different Blu-Ray, at that time the full sound system stopped effective. I told the guy that I didnt want to fix including it anymore and just sought after and exchange for a DIFFERENT MODEL or my $$ in trade--he said that I had to be inflicted including it "repaired" twice before they would consider that--Ok, fair--sent it in trade to CVE, Inc.--they lost my element AGAIN for 9 days and then when I threatened to call the BBB or Attny General they found it--again ironic. Then the rep made the note that put the cherry on the top, "Maam, if we DO shape to replace your element, it will be including a refurbished element." Just_Peachyi bought this system in november. Played dvd great, did not play blue rays. Talked to tech support. Mailed it in before 1st week of decemeber to samsung to fix. Returned to me the at the start week in january after repairs and subdue does not play blue rays. Shipping caused scratches (poor packing on samsung part). Washed-out 4 hours on the buzz yesterday explaining (complaining) that it does not work and i sought after it fixed. Mailing it in trade for repairs tomorrow.Do not buy this product.
