Coby DVD420 2.1-Channel DVD Home Theater System Buyer Reviews

This lecturer system is terrible! Don't waste your money on it! If I could give it zero stars I would! Here are a few reasons why it sucks:1. Its in fact two separate components-a dvd player and lecturer system. This would be ok, but in cooperation are extremely cheaply made and I'd worry they'd break after just a few months use.2. There is NO volume control on the remote! You have to walk up to the sub and control the volume that way. This is just terribly inconvenient and horrible engineering.3. Some force not mind this, but there is only one connection on the speakers and its analog RCA. There is not digital audio input or aux input to add a second contrivance.4. The sound is barely better than the built-in tv speakers on our Samsung LCD. The sub and satellites are tiny and don't get extremely loud at all. There are really no mids or bass to speak of and the highs are distorted.5. DVD player is top loading and seems extremely flimsy.6. I don't think I need a sixth reason! :)Needless to say, we are boxing these up and sending them right in trade to amazon for a full refund! They are a rip off! If your tv has lousy built-in speakers and you just want a cheap 2.1 system they force be ok, but make sure you have analog RCA output on your tv or some rank of adapter to join to red/white RCA jacks. Otherwise, avoid these speakers like the plague. If you want a cheap tv lecturer system waste a few more bucks and get an RCA 5.1 system. I had one those and it lasted for years.

I just got this now and it did not take long to set up. I have a clad size room and sought after a surround signal for my t.v. after a lot of incisive I came in a roundabout way this. I am perfectly in love with it and have used Coby harvest before. I got a cd player from them like 7 being ago and it soothe works fine. I just hope this is just as good as that and so far it is dependability splendid. I have my t.v. my Will and my cable box hooked in to it I can tell the difference in signal now.

Even even if the seller does state that the manufactured goods pictured is not the real manufactured goods, it is COMPLETELY uncommon from what it pictured. It's more of a portable dvd player than a home version. Indeed not anything I would hold to be used in my home. The manufactured goods pictured is of a more habitual home DVD player. I probable at least a home DVD player, but this one hails in comparison to home DVD player.Sure, the price was right, for a home DVD player. For this portable-ish dvd player, I never would have gotten it. And, it's not even that portable, in that it only accepts 110 volt AC. Not even a 12-volt DC option to put in a vehicle. I could live with it if this were the case.I bought this unti to send to my Dad, and it was over a month previous to I made the 550 mile trip to see him, by that time it was too late to return. So, it sits on teh confront collecting dust. A home DVD player was purchased in place of this one.Very, very, VERY disappointed in this manufactured goods! How trying would it be to get a photo of the real unit being purchased?Of way, had I seen an real photo, I wouldn't have purchased this one. But I would have purchased what was really looked-for. And maybe from the same company.SO, buyer beware of export no matter what thing from this place. You'll indeed not get no matter what thing close to what the photo suggests.

I just got this item two (2) days ago to exchange a broken 5.1 logic. I thought that the fee was too good to pass up. For unequally $60 I have a logic that I am very lucky with. It has all of the diffident power abilities that the expensive units have and has surprisingly good signal and record feature. If you are looking for a low-priced logic I would urge it. The shipping was exceptionally quick as well.

This manufactured goods ruined with in the initially 24 hours of ownership. The plug that plugs into the audio part in the secondary woofer is an anomalous piece and you be inflicted with to jiggle it almost to get on to the signal to work. The manufactured goods has indigent signal feature. The DVD player is be fond of an old album-man.If barely tapped it causes the DVD or CD to skip or flush initiation over early the initiation.Buyer beware. It's low-cost pro a wits.

Don't even bother. You will get exactly what you pay for. I sent it back. It is junk from the sound feature to the overall materials used. I wasn't expecting a lot. Good thing.

For the cash the logic is not bad and is still working. The largest challenge is that, one can only chat the sound of the unit on the bass subwoofer. Here is no way to get the logic to integrate with the diffident for the DVD player or my TV. Also this is in fact 2 systems and each facility indepentdently. The sound is best than the staright TV but the privileged than challenges do not make it value the hold. At nominal amount the logic was not that pricey and I only atrophied a modest cash, but a dissipate non the less.

Coby DVD420 2.1-Supervise ended DVD Family Acting Logic (Black) When I purchased the logic I was looking for a element to just play CD's in my bedroom including approximately kind signal. What I looked-for was at smallest amount a ten bottom spread between the speakers. The continue element I had had two RCA plugs inane from the speakers to the amp. When the Coby DVD420 indoors, I at approximately time ago unpacked just the speakers and exposed they were tricky wired collectively including one RCA promote running to the amp. The spread was release in this vicinity six feet and there was no way to use any additional room since the speakers were wired collectively. I carefully repacked the box including the factory packing as it had been delivered to me. I packed the element in trade in the cardboard box in which it indoors including a letter and the RMA number on in cooperation the letter and the box address. I then compensated $15.00 to return the element. Since I compensated $40.00 for the element clear $15.50 shipping I figured an honest companionship would refund my money. But NO the creeps exciting me $6.00 and release refunded #34.00 and chat. The companionship is ANTONLINE.com and I would urge not purchasing no matter what thing from them because of their affair practices. As to the element itself, if you release call for a spread of 6 feet between speakers this may be OK...I by no means tried the element since the spread was too short for my application. If you really aspire this Coby logic, discover a additional supplier and use them and not dredge up ANTONLINE.com.

Shipping was at once fee was aptly. It was a skilled fee for the tiny logic. It was undemanding to set up and facility skilled for the fee you pay. Its tiny but it facility splendid for number.
