I purchased one of these and it went out surrounded by a week. Out of the blue, it would make very loud buzzing sound and scare the crap out of everyone. I took that faulty unit in trade and returned it for a following one. In less than a week, the new unit made the constant thing. I changed over my audio cables starting optic to HDMI and it went another few living and then..voila, constant crap. Save your time and money, this unit is absolute JUNK.

I bought this logic and set it up in our bedroom as a gift for my wife. For the first link of weeks it would make unsystematic LOUD popping noises every few summary while before a live audience any DVD. Then one day it just wouldn't turn on. I tried everything I could think of, but not anything happened. We unplugged it and shoved it aside for a few weeks as we were out of town. When we returned I was going to pack it up to get rid of it, and plugged it in just to see if it did whatever thing. It fired right up and worked lacking fault for the next week. Then it refused to relief a DVD. We tried everything, but it wouldn't come out. It was a leasing movie, so my son indifferent the cover to get the DVD out (bye bye, warranty..) now the kids have hooked up a additional DVD player to it owing to the aux tie and use it to grant surround sound with the hdmi out to our projector. It is a mess, and as soon as I can exchange it with a real surround logic, I am throwing this one away. If it worked it would be a great deal, but I will ever again deal with RCA electronics.
